Well, I'm a bachelor again for the next week. Melina and Arianna took the California Zephyr at 9:24 pm to go to California to visit family and friends before we move out to Missouri in four weeks. The train looked pretty nice--it was a double-decker superliner and the seats were quite roomy. I'm pretty jealous; I wanted to ride the train.
So for the next eight days it's just me and my organic chemistry homework.
As far as recent developments, Arianna has been able to sit up on her own for about a week now.
We also started feeding her some solid food a few days ago and she absolutely loves her new veggies.
She is almost six months old and weighs a little more than 15 pounds.

Those pictures are adorable :) I can't believe how big Arianna is getting already!
Sorry that you're on your own for a few days... you're welcome to come hang out any time it gets too quiet over there. Or if you find yourself starving... ;)

whoa ben, you shaved your head!!!! I totally didn't even recognize you... ariana is really growing, she looks so cute... is she starting to make word sounds yet? any teeth?
